With units starting at $200.00 per night during the Christmas break a group of 6 can stay for $33.00 per person per night.

For your convenience lift tickets can be purchased daily from our front desk. This will allow you to spend more time skiing and less time waiting in lines.

Our signature Restaurant The Springs will be offering a Festive Special throughout the 2009/2010 Holiday Season. Custom menus can be made for parties of 10 or more. Winter Activities available in and around the Region

DOWNHILL SKIING

Over its 65-year tradition of fun, Blue has evolved into Ontario’s premiere four-season playground. This winter, be a part of it! Ontario’s favourite winter wonderland features thirty-four trails, ranging from beginner to double black diamond, stretching across the scenic Niagara Escarpment, and reaching 720 vertical feet. You’ll maximize your on-snow time with 13 lifts, including four high-speed six-person chairs. And there’s plenty of action after the sun sets, with 22 trails and 10 lifts under the lights.

SNOWBOARDING

Snowboarding has achieved an unparalleled level of popularity in the Georgian Triangle, where ski resorts have installed snowboarding halfpipes, and even separate lifts for aficionados to enjoy their favorite thrill a minute. Blue Mountain Resorts has 2 halfpipes. Talisman Mountain Resort has a Snowboarding Playground as well as all the trails. You can rent boards in the area.

CROSS COUNTRY SKIING

Scenic caves offers beginner and intermediate cross country ski and snowshoe trails winding through a 200 year old forest rich with wildlife. Winter owls and a wide variety of other birds will beckon to you from the 100 feet maple; beech and oak canopy while deer and many other animals can be seen in the forest. A warm-up hut and future log cabin located in the forest offer a place to pause and enjoy the beauty.

DOG SLEDDING

Dog sledding is an experience for all ages and abilities. After a brief lesson people take their own team of 4 husky dogs around our supervised 1/3 km dog track. Groups take turns at trying different dog teams around the track. Take great photos, snowshoe and visit our igloo to meet our famous farm critters: donkeys, pot-belly pig, peacock and other birds. Enjoy hot drinks in our barn cafe. (Plan for a 1.5 to 2 hour visit).

SNOWMOBILING

There is a large variety of trails including, hills, forests, twists and turns and the smooth flatlands and rolling hills. Experience nature's best scenic view of Georgian Bay, including a must-see lookout point over Devil's Glen Ski Resort overlooking the magnificent Georgian Area!

SNOWSHOEING

You step slowly onto the platform and grip the handrail tightly, as you begin your snowshoe trek across Ontario's longest suspension footbridge. Far below and spread before you lies 10,000-square-kms view. With a sturdy wire fence lining the walkway, even the smallest adventurer can see everything.

INDOOR TENNIS

Tennis in the winter?! No problem if you’re playing in Blue Mountain’s indoor tennis dome. Regardless of what the weather is doing outside, you can enjoy great tennis on five courts in Blue Mountain’s large, temperature-controlled dome.

INDOOR SWIMMING

Nestled between the shores of Georgian Bay and the heights of the Niagara Escarpment is Plunge! Aquatic Centre, the perfect place for kids activities and things to do with the family in Collingwood, Ontario. at the base of Blue Mountain Ski Resort. I Indoor-outdoor pools, indoor water playground, hot tubs, rope swings, docks and slides are sure to provide year-round fun.

WINTER CAVING

Join us as we snowshoe through the woods to explore some of the Niagara Escarpment's uniquely formed caves. Once at the caves, we'll climb and crawl through them - but the work is worth it! It's a whole different world underground so come and discover it with us!
